leading the way to long-lasting social impact

I'm a consultant for governments, organizations, and social impact businesses across the globe, with over 8 years of experience in international development. I help people co-design impactful solutions with the people they serve.

I'm an expert on how to meaningfully and safely involve people in designing the solutions that will impact them, especially in challenging contexts (like in refugee camps), on sensitive topics (like domestic violence), and on complex issues (like education in emergency settings). I truly believe that solutions should be co-designed with the people who will be impacted by them because I've seen how this approach achieves more impact and reinforces the agency and dignity of the people involved.

My highlight project to date is on Becoming One, a program in Uganda that successfully achieved 27% reduction in the frequency of violence between couples and 13% fewer women experiencing violence altogether. (And it's being scaled to 11 million people, woohoo!)

Out of my passion for this work, I founded Little Fish, a socially-driven business dedicated to advocating, practicing, and teaching this approach to make it more commonplace in the social sector. Visit the Little Fish website to find out more!
